You'll also want CBBE as a lot of armor and clothing mods require those if you're getting into that part of modding. This will need to be updated when the game is along with any mods that use it. You'll want to look into Fallout 4 Script Extender as you'll need it for some mods. Keep in mind too that you can only run 255 plugins in Fallout 4, I have had to repackage several mods into single plugins over the years since the game launched as hitting the 255 limit happens faster than you'd think, especially if you get into visual mods. Making all the mods work together takes a lot of time a patience, some mods outright break others but those issues are usually listed in each mod's page. Pick out the stuff you like, sort out which mod manager you want to run with (Vortex, Mod Organizer, etc) and get to work. Go to Nexusmods and browse what they have. You really need to just look through what's available and plan out what you want to build. What I change or make alterations to you may not be interested in.
